How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Europe: 2 – 4 weeks

Rest of the world: 3 – 8 weeks

To minimize outside contact, we are shipping out orders once a week. Please expect up to a few weeks delay in arrival of your packages.

►Shipping method

Due to many problems with the ordinary shipping, I’ve decided to remove it completely from the website and only certificated shipping is available.

When I sent your order you will recieve a mail with your tracking number (also your can see your tracking number in My account section). The link that I provide is from a Spanish post office so their website is in Spanish but you can easy translate it’s content with Google translator ^^

►What Is My Order Doesn’t Arrive Or Get Lost?

If you made any order in the past an you chose Ordinary method, I don’t offer refunds if it’s lost or delayed. Since you chose ordinary instead certificated there is no way for me to know the shipment status or recover the package. If you agree to purchase with ordinary shipping, it’s your responsability and your are accepting this section.

If your order is CERTIFICATED and you didn’t recieve your tracking number when your order has been marked as shipped or you have any issue, you should contact me via email: orders@liremi.com

►Orders from USA

If you purchase in my website and you are from USA there is an important info for you.

All the order in my website are certificated so they must be delivered to you and will never be left in the mailbox.

However, since USA don’t offer any info about the packages that enter in the country, is imposible to track the order when the package left Spain to USA.

So, only for clients on USA there is a “special” shipping method called PREMIUM. This shipping method is quite expensive but it will offer you all the shipping info.

►You have no right to cancel or demand a refund of your order under any circumstances after payment are received.
